4 Arrested on Felony Charges in Rowan County

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On Thursday, February 23, 2012, at 9:27 P.M. Kentucky State Police Morehead Trooper William Sparks, Trooper Keith Howard, and Officer Andrew Black of the US Forrest Service responded to the Family Dollar MMRC Regional Business Park in Morehead, KY. Dustin Davis, Amanda Johnson, Jonathon Riddle, and Jeffery Plank were located and taken into custody and charged with Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. Mr. Riddle was also charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence. These subjects were wanted in connection with a Criminal Mischief case being handled by Trooper Sparks. More state charges are believed to be pending. All subjects are being lodged at Rowan County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation by Trooper William Sparks and US Forrest Service Officer Andrew Black.
