Felony Arrest in Rowan County

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On January 29, 2012, at 9:20 P.M. Trooper William Sparks, Trooper Chris Jones, and Rowan County Deputy Sheriff Donnie Hall executed an arrest warrant on Alisha Moore for 2 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd Degree. She was located at a residence on Rice Lane in Morehead. Ms. Moore was taken into custody without incident and lodged at Rowan County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation by Trooper William Sparks.
