Kentucky State Police Investigate Richmond Arson Fire

(Richmond, KY) -- On December 20, 2012 at 04:05 am EST an apartment fire at 211 McDaniel Drive was reported to the Madison County Emergency Operations Center. Richmond Fire Department responded and after the fire was extinguished the initial investigation revealed the fire was suspicious in nature. KSP Arson Investigator Pat Alford was contacted to continue the investigation.

During the course of this investigation Detective Alford has received information that there were several individuals seen in the area just prior to the fire being noticed.
