One Killed in a Single Vehicle Collision on US 421 in Jackson County

(McKee, KY) - On Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 5:17 p.m. EDT the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post received a call concerning an injury collision on US 421 near Williams Hollow Road in Jackson County. Trooper Ken Bradley responded to the scene and began the investigation.
Preliminary investigation indicates Joshua Croucher, 21 years old of McKee, KY was driving on US 421 when his vehicle left the road and struck an earth embankment. A passenger in the vehicle was partially ejected from the vehicle.
The Jackson County Coroner pronounced Lillian Riddle, 31 years old of McKee, KY deceased at the scene.
Joshua Croucher was transported to St Joes Emergency Room in Berea, with non-life threatening injuries, for treatment.
Trooper Bradley was assisted at the scene by the Jackson County Coroner and Jackson County EMS.
