Two Arrested at Trimble County Meth Lab

(Bedford, KY) -- A husband and wife were arrested yesterday morning (12/26) after Troopers found they had been making meth in their home at 2286 Kidwell Pike in Bedford, KY. KSP dispatch received a 9-1-1 call at 9:42 a.m. stating that a woman had sustained burns to her body after an explosion. Troopers from Post 5, along with Trimble County EMS, responded to the scene. After arriving on the scene, investigation showed that Suzanne Woosley (26 years old from Bedford, KY) received the burns after a meth lab she was holding exploded. Further investigation led to the discovery of several items used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Woosley was transported to Carroll County Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released. Suzanne and her husband Thomas Woosley (29 years old from Bedford, KY) were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Unlawful Distribution of a Meth Precursor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Additionally, Suzanne Woosley was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence. Both were lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center.
