Two Students Charged with Disorderly Conduct in Owen County

(Owenton, KY) -- Two students, both 15 years old, were charged with Disorderly Conduct yesterday (12/20) at Owen County High School. One student alarmed other students after declaring an intruder was inside the school. The second student was charged after making comments that everyone in the school was in danger. Neither student made direct threats or had information about known threats. Both were cited after making comments for the purposes of creating public alarm.
