Escaped Prisoner Captured in Carroll County

(Worthville, KY) - A prisoner who walked away from the Bluegrass Development Center in Richmond, KY has been captured by Troopers in Carroll County. Russell Allen Helm, 33 years old from Worthville, KY, was apprehended today at 12:30 p.m. at 811 Happy Hollow Lane in Worthville. Helm had walked away from the center on Thursday, September 20. Helm will be lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center.
