Three Injured in Henry County Crash

(Port Royal, KY) -- Troopers from KSP Post 5 responded to a single-vehicle injury accident yesterday afternoon (1/30) at 1:53 pm in Henry County. Investigation revealed that Lauraline Quickert (61 years old of Port Royal, KY) was traveling South on KY 389 when she drove off the roadway causing her vehicle to overturn. Quickert was flown by Air Methods, Inc. to the University of Louisville Hospital where she is in stable condition. Two passengers in the vehicle, Shayna Quickert (7 years old of Port Royal, KY) and Shyann Quickert (11 years old of Port Royal, KY), were both flown by Air Methods, Inc. to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville for non-life threatening injuries. None of the occupants in the vehicle were wearing seat belts.

Trooper Mitchel Hazelett is leading in the investigation of the collision. Trooper Hazelett was assisted at the scene by the Campbellsburg Fire Department, Henry County EMS and Kentucky River Fire Department.
