Abdullah White Indictment

Date of News Release: 01/11/2012

(Hodgenville, KY) -- On January 10th, 2012 in Larue County Circuit Court, the suspect in the Kristie Allen homicide, Abdullah White, was indicted by the Larue County Grand Jury on charges of Burglary 2nd, Theft By Unlawful Taking (auto) Over $10,000, and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd. We are awaiting autopsy results and toxicology reports from the Medical Examiners office before we present our death investigation report to the Grand Jury. He is being held under a $500,000 cash bond and is scheduled for arraignment for January 23, 2012 at 9:00 am.

There had some some speculation that Abdullah White would be extradited to Tennessee to face Probation/Parole violation charges there. It is our understanding that before he is extradited to Tennessee he must first answer to the felony charges he has here in Kentucky. Once those charges are resolved then he may be extradited. Until then, he will remain in Kentucky.
