KSP Arrest a Wanted New Albany Man

(Concordia, Ky.) -- The Indiana State Police and the New Albany Police who are members of the US Marshals and FBI Task Force responded to 286 Watson Road in Concordia, KY in an attempt to serve felony warrants out of Floyd and Washington Counties in Indiana on 38 year-old Ronald F. Graham of New Albany, IN. KSP Troopers Seth Payne of the Special Operations section and and Dewan Kelly of Post 4 responded to assist the Task Force. Prior to their arrival Graham fled on foot and was apprehended by the Task Force. Graham was found to be in possession of methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia, and a handgun. KSP Troopers charged Graham with two counts of Fugitive from Justice, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamines)-Firearm enhanced, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Firearm Enhanced), and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. Graham was lodged in the Meade County Detention Center. Additional charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
