Arrest of Former Larue County Teacher

(Elizabethtown, Ky.) - KSP Post 4 arrested former Larue County teacher, 33 year-old Natalie Gentry of Elizabethtown, KY and lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center. Ms. Gentry was charged with 1 count of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and 2 counts of Official Misconduct 2nd Degree. The charges stem from an investigation conducted by Det. Aaron Gabhart of Post 4 where Ms. Gentry was alleged to have had sexual contact with students that attended the school where she taught. At the time of Ms. Gentry's arrest her bond was $20,000.00 cash. Sexual Abuse 1st is a Class D felony and the Official Misconduct charge is a Class B misdemeanor. The investigation is ongoing.
