Upton Man Arrested on Felony Indictments Served in Hart County

(Munfordville, KY) - On Tuesday December 11th Troopers from the Elizabethtown State Police Post were contacted by Trooper Jonathan McChesney who was requesting their assistance in attempting to locate Justin L. Tucker at an address on Wonderland Drive in Upton, KY.

Upon their arrival KSP Troopers located Justin Tucker hiding under a blanket inside the residence. Mr. Tucker was arrested and served with a Hart County Indictment on charges of TBUT Auto, TBUT Auto complicity, as well as Persistent Felony Offender 1st. degree. Tucker was lodged in the Hart County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
