Felony Indictments Served in Hart County

(Munfordville, KY) - On Tuesday December 11th Trooper Jonathan McChesney located Leonard D. Martin (45) at a residence in the 6900 block of Cub Run Highway.

Mr. Martin was arrested and served with two Hart County indictments including charges of Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000, TBUT Auto, TBUT Auto complicity, as well as two counts of Persistent Felony Offender 1st. degree. He was lodged in the Hart County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

On the following day through his investigation Trooper McChesney charged Mr. Martin with an additional charge of Receiving Stolen Property U/$500.
