One Arrested & Two Others Wanted in Hart County

(Munfordville, KY) -- On December 4, 2012, Kentucky State Police Trooper Jonathan McChesney presented a criminal case investigation to the Hart County Grand Jury. Shortly after presentation, the Grand Jury returned felony indictments in reference to the case.

On December 6, 2012, the Kentucky State Police Post in Bowling Green received an anonymous tip to the whereabouts of a wanted fugitive in reference to Trooper McChesney's investigation. Upon arrival of KSP Units, the wanted fugitive, James Rodney Martin (22) of Munfordville, was found inside the residence located at 3031 North Dixie Hwy in Munfordville. Mr. Martin was apprehended by KSP Trooper Jeremy Smith and charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking – Automobile, Theft By Unlawful Taking – Automobile (Complicity), and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree. He was transported to and lodged in the Hart County Jail. He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.

The KSP Post in Bowling Green is requesting the assistance of the community in locating two other wanted fugitives in reference to this investigation. These wanted fugitives are Justin Lynn Tucker (26) of Munfordville & Leonard Dale Martin (45) of Munfordville.
