Two Arrested on Felony Indictment in Hart County

(Horse Cave, KY) -- On December 4, 2012, the Kentucky State Police presented several criminal case investigations to the Hart County Grand Jury, which was being led by Trooper Daniel White. Shortly after presentation, the Grand Jury returned felony indictments in reference to these cases. On December 6, 2012, KSP Trooper Jeremy Smith located these wanted individuals and executed several of the returned felony indictments. Below are the individuals and their respective charges:

Michael E. Patterson (24) of Bonnieville; Tampering with Physical Evidence, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree Motor Vehicle, Failure to Notify Address Change to Department of Transportation, DUI 1st Offense, Speeding 20 mph over, Reckless Driving, & Failure to Wear Seat Belt.

David E. Murray (57) of Munfordville; DUI 4th Offense Aggravated Circumstances, Driving DUI Suspended License 2nd Offense Aggravated Circumstances, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree Motor Vehicle, No Insurance 1st Offense, Reckless Driving, Failure to Wear Seat Belt, No Registration Plates, & No Registration Receipt.
