Felony Arrest in Simpson County
Date of News Release: 09/04/2012
(Bowling Green, KY.) –- On Monday, September 03, 2012, at 7:43 pm Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green was conducting an investigation for Forgery and Fraudulent use of a Credit Card.
Trooper Greg Dukes through his investigation gained information to arrest, Alex P. Smith (22) of Franklin, KY for One Count of Forgery 2nd and 3 Counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card.
Alex Smith was lodged in the Simpson County Jail.
This investigation is ongoing with Trooper Dukes leading the investigation.
