Rape, Sexual Abuse, Incest and Persistent Felony Offender Arrest

(Bowling Green, Ky.) –- On Wednesday January 4, 2012, Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green, Detective Laura Isenberg, went before the Warren County Grand Jury to present an ongoing investigation on Noah S. Kessinger (37) of Scottsville, KY.
The investigation was in regards to an alleged rape, sexual abuse and incest complaint that was received by the Kentucky State Police Post 3, Bowling Green in August, 2011.
The Warren County Grand Jury indicted Noah S. Kessinger for one count of Rape 1st, Sexual Abuse 1st, two counts of Incest and being a Persistent Felony Offender 1st.
Noah S. Kessinger was arrested on January 9, 2012 at 5:10 pm and was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail and charged with Rape 1st, Sexual Abuse 1st, two counts of Incest and being a Persistent Felony Offender 1st. Mr. Kessinger's bond was set at fifty thousand dollars cash.
Detective Isenberg is leading this investigation which is still ongoing.
