Illinois Fugitives Arrested in Mortons Gap

(Mortons Gap, KY.) � The Kentucky State Police, along with the U. S. Marshals Service, arrested two individuals that were wanted out of Illinois.

On Wednesday, December 05, 2012, at approximately 3:47 p.m., troopers arrested John L. Cunningham Jr., age 41 of Windsor, IL, and his wife, Janet S. Cunningham, age 43, at the Mortons Gap Pilot Truck Stop. The Cunningham�s were wanted by Illinois authorities for aggravated battery, armed robbery, and vehicle theft.

The couple was located at the truck stop inside the stolen vehicle. They were arrested without incident.

The Cunningham's were transported to the Hopkins County Jail where they were lodged and charged with Fugitive from Justice.
