Three-Vehicle Injury Collision on KY 138

Hanson, KY. (Hopkins County) – The Kentucky State Police investigated a three-vehicle injury collision that occurred on KY 138, north of Hanson, on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at approximately 7:24 a.m.
Preliminary investigation revealed that Timothy Osborne, age 58 of Hartford, KY, was operating a 2005 Ford pickup truck westbound on KY 138. He was stopped in the roadway. Kevin Conrad, age 34 of Hanson, KY, was operating a 1996 Ford van westbound on KY 138 behind Mr. Osborne. Mr. Conrad was either slowing or stopping behind Mr. Osborne. Addie Wagner, age 17 of Hanson, KY, was operating a 2001 Volkswagen Beetle westbound on KY 138 and was traveling behind Mr. Conrad.
Ms. Wagner did not stop and rear-ended Mr. Conrad's van causing the van to rear-end Mr. Osborne's truck.
Ms. Wagner was transported via ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital (formerly known as RMC) for treatment. No other injuries were reported. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.
Trooper Mike Manzanares conducted the investigation. Detective Lloyd Ray and Medical Center Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
