Felony Drug Arrest During Traffic Stop

Bremen, KY. (Muhlenberg County) KSP troopers arrested a Bremen woman on drug charges during a traffic stop.

On Monday, July 16, 2012, at approximately 2:51 p.m., Troopers Jon McGehee and Jeff McWhorter conducted a traffic stop on Baker Road in Bremen. The driver of the vehicle was cited to court for traffic offenses. The passenger, Tarah M. Latham, age 40 of Bremen, KY, was found to be in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested by Tpr. McGehee.

Mrs. Latham was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center and charged with the following offenses:

  1. Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense
  2. Prescription Controlled Substance Not In Proper Container 1st Offense
  3. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
