Trafficking Marijuana Arrest

Graham, KY. (Muhlenberg County) – KSP officers arrested a Graham man at his residence on trafficking marijuana charges.
On Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at approximately 3:02 p.m., officers from the KSP Post 2 Madisonville executed a search warrant at 968 Locketown Road. Officers were conducting an investigation of illegal drug activity at this residence and through the course of the investigation; they were able to obtain a search warrant. Upon executing the search warrant, officers located suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and cash.
Arrested was Robert L. Oldham, age 67 of Graham, KY. Mr. Oldham was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center and charged with the following offense:
- Trafficking in Marijuana < 8 oz. 1st Offense – Class A Misdemeanor
Officers from KSP DESI (Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations) West assisted Post 2 with the investigation.
