Single-Vehicle Injury Collision

Marion, KY. (Crittenden County) The Kentucky State Police investigated a single-vehicle injury collision that occurred on US 60, approximately six miles east of Marion, on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at approximately 10:45 a.m.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Phelicity Yeish, age 17 of Marion, KY, was operating a 2011 Nissan Altima eastbound on US 60 when her vehicle exited off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle struck an earth embankment and overturned. It came to rest on its top.

Ms. Yeish was transported via ambulance to the Crittenden County Hospital for treatment. She was wearing a seatbelt. There were no passengers.

Trooper First Class Chris King conducted the investigation. Crittenden County EMS assisted at the scene.
