Manufacturing Methamphetamine Investigation and Arrest

(Hopkins County) - Trooper First Class John Komar was assisting Hopkins County Probation and Parole with a home visit at the home of Roger (age 33) and Brittany Skimehorn (age 26) in Nortonville, KY. After items of drug paraphernalia were observed in plain view, a consensual search of the residence was completed. Evidence of 2 separate meth labs was found in the house and more components were found in the family car. Both subjects were arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense, Possession of Drug paraphernalia and were lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
