Two Injured in a Collision on US 45

(Graves County, KY.) -– Raeann Garnett, was eastbound on KY 849 and Melissa Harrison, was northbound on US 45. Ms. Garnett did not see Ms. Harrison northbound as she attempted to cross US 45. Ms. Garnett struck Ms. Harrison's vehicle causing Ms. Harrison's Tahoe to rollover, coming to final rest off the roadway. Carolyn Jones was transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center by Mayfield/Graves County EMS and Raeann Garnett was transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center by family. Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by the Graves County Sheriff's Department, Mayfield/Graves County EMS, Viola Fire Department and Graves County Rescue. Investigation continues by Trooper Rice.
