KSP Makes Arrest in Drug Investigation

(Hickory, KY.) –- The Kentucky State Police arrested Jennifer Laird, age 29 of Paducah, KY. KSP received a complaint in September of a possible forged prescription. After a month long investigation, Laird was indicted by the McCracken County Grand Jury in November. Laird was charged with six counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument first offense (class D felony). Laird was arrested in Mayfield and lodged in the Graves County Jail under a $2,500 bond. The investigation is ongoing by Detective Donald Bowman.
