Hickman County Shooting Investigation

(Hickory, KY) – Kentucky State Police received a 911 call that a male subject had been shot in the leg on Ky 944 in Hickman County. Upon units arrival they discovered the victim, 20 year old Ryan Thomas, had a single gunshot wound to the leg. Thomas reported that he was there to meet some acquaintances. When he arrived, two black males armed with guns approached him. A physical altercation ensued with one of the suspects shooting Thomas in the leg. The two black males fled the scene in a white Ford Crown Victoria. This vehicle was recovered a short time later in Clinton. The investigation has revealed that one of the suspects is Dominique Harper, a 20 year old black male from Clinton. The investigation is still continuing on the second suspect. Kentucky State Police and the Hickman County Sheriff's Office are asking for your help in locating Dominique Harper.
