Mayfield Man Killed in a Collision on KY 464

Date of News Release: 07/02/2012

(Graves County) -- On July 1, 2012 at 4:21 pm, a 2002 Ford Focus driven by Timothy Galbreath (30) of Mayfield, KY was traveling east on KY 464 when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the road near the intersection of KY 464 and KY 1710, overturned, and went into a ditch. Mr. Galbreath was ejected from the vehicle due to being unrestrained. He was pronounced deceased on scene by Coroner Phillip McClain. Speed is a factor in cause of this collision according to witnesses and preliminary investigation.

Kentucky State Police Trooper Brian Hill was assisted by Senior Trooper Trevor Pervine, Mayfield/Graves County Ambulance Service and Mayfield/Graves County Fire and Rescue.
