DUI Injury Collision on KY 93 in Lyon County
Date of News Release: 02/03/2012
(Hickory, KY) -- Mr. Chase Bush was traveling north on KY 93 south when he lost control of his vehicle. He crossed the south bound lane of KY 93 south & struck a tree. He was transported by Lyon County EMS to Trigg County Hospital where he was admitted. Trooper Dodd was assisted by Trooper Anderson and Lyon County EMS. Mr. Bush was cited into court due to his injuries. He is charged with: DUI 3rd, operating on DUI suspended license and open alcohol container in motor vehicle.
