Three Arrested in Ohio County on Meth Related Charges

(HENDERSON, Ky.) -- Trooper Clemons and Trooper Baker received an anonymous tip that Jacob Estep was manufacturing Methamphetamine at his residence on Arnold Leach Road. Trooper Clemons, Trooper Baker, and Deputy Harold went to residence to perform a knock and talk. Upon approaching the residence, Trooper Baker noticed in plain view a HCL Generator in the bed of a Ford pickup. Upon speaking to the residents both Estep and Stofer granted consent to search the residence. The search yielded materials to make Methamphetamine. At the time Trooper's discovered the active Methamphetamine lab Stofer had her two children in the residence in close proximity to the working Methamphetamine lab. All three subjects lodged in Ohio County Detention Center.
