Two Livermore Residents Were Arrested for Wanton Endangerment

(Henderson, KY) -- On Wednesday, September 12, 2012, the Kentucky State Police charged 20 year old Jacob A. Johnson of Livermore and 21 year old Micah L. Griffith of Livermore with Unlawful Imprisonment-2nd degree (Class A Misdemeanor) two counts; Wanton Endangerment-1st degree (Class D Felony) two counts and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor-2nd degree (Class D Felony) two counts.

Troopers launched an investigation of Johnson and Griffith on July 9, 2012. This came after two juvenile victims reported that they were locked in a room and made to consume unknown substances. Both victims became ill resulting in them having to seek medical attention. The victims did make a full recovery.

Johnson and Griffith were arrested without incident and lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.

The investigation in on-going.
