Daviess County man was Arrested on Charges Related to Child Pornography

(Owensboro, KY) –- A Daviess County man was arrested on charges related to child pornography Thursday after the Kentucky State Police served a search warrant at his home.

Anthony R. Beasley, 49, is charged with four counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor, which is a class D felony. Beasley was cited to Daviess County Court after he fell ill to chest pains during the search. He was taken to Owensboro Medical Health Systems for treatment.

Beasley was charged by the Kentucky State Police ICAC Task Force as a result of an undercover investigation into the possession and distribution of images of child sexual exploitation. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Beasley's residence in Owensboro on August 2, 2012, by the Kentucky State Police ICAC Task Force and Post 16 units. Detectives seized evidence that was being used to distribute child pornography and taken to the Kentucky State Police forensic laboratory for examination.
