Clinton County Fatal Collision

(Albany, KY) – Trooper Dewayne Holder is investigating a collision that occurred today (12/11/12) at 3:00 PM CST 9 miles east of Albany on KY 0090. 46-year-old Lesia G. Brinson, of Albany, was traveling east on KY 0090, operating a 2000 Mercury sable, when her vehicle entered the westbound lane and struck a 2006 Pontiac G6. The Pontiac was operated by 20-year-old Tara J. Doran of Monticello, KY.

Ms. Brinson was pronounced dead at the scene and was wearing a seatbelt. Ms. Doran was also belted and was flown to University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
