Injury Collision on St. Mary's Road in Marion County

(Lebanon, KY.) – Tpr. Josh Dicken is investigating a collision that occurred today at 5:15 PM EDT 1 mile west of Lebanon on St. Mary's Road. 21-year-old Theresa Hartley of Loretto was traveling west on St. Mary's Road operating a 2004 Dodge Stratus. Ms. Hartley's vehicle struck a 2005 Chevy Impala in the rear as it was attempting to turn left into a private drive. The Impala was also westbound and was operated by 56-year-old David Mattingly of Lebanon. Both were wearing seatbelts but were transported to to Springview Hospital where they were treated and released.
