Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Arrest

(Ashland, KY) -- The Kentucky State Police in Ashland have arrested a Carter County resident on charges after he failed to meet the terms of the Kentucky Sexual Offender Registry.
On Thursday December 6, 2012, The Kentucky State Police responded to the registered address listed for Mr. Logan at 57 Brynmore Drive in Olive Hill, KY to conduct a compliance check. It was determined that Mr. Logan was not in compliance and had been residing at 206 Phantom Branch Vanceburg, KY.
Fleming Logan, age 48, of Olive Hill, KY was arrested, lodged in the Carter County Detention Center and charged with one count of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration 1st Offense.
The investigation is ongoing by Trooper Daniel Cook.
