Burglary Arrest in Carter County

(Ashland, Ky.) -- On October 21, 2012 The Kentucky State Police in Ashland received a complaint involving the theft of a small Honda motorcycle, valued over $500.00, from a residence on Haney Lane in Carter County. An investigation was conducted and the motorcycle was recovered at a local pawn shop and returned to the owner.
On Saturday December 1, 2012 Shane Haney, age 26, of Olive Hill, KY was arrested; charged with Burglary 3rd Degree and lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing by Trooper David Boarman.
