Carter County Meth Lab Arrest

(Ashland, Ky.) -- On Friday November 30, 2012 The Kentucky State Police in Ashland received a tip of a suspected methamphetamine lab at a residence located on Rachel Street in Olive Hill, KY. Upon trooper's arrival, they located a methamphetamine lab, several precursors used to manufacture methamphetamine and several items of drug paraphernalia.

April D. Kiser, age 29, of Olive Hill, KY was arrested; charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess and lodged in the Carter County detention Center.

Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Special Investigation also responded and assisted.

The investigation is ongoing by Trooper Tye Chavies.
