Drug Arrest of a Danleyton Couple

(Ashland, KY) -- On Thursday November 29, 2012 The Kentucky State Police in Ashland received a tip of suspected drug usage at a residence on Josephine Lane in Danleyton, KY. Upon trooper's arrival, they located numerous illegal items in the residence. A small quantity of unspecified pills, marijuana and numerous types of drug paraphernalia were located in the residence. During the course of the investigation it was determined that a juvenile and elderly female were being cared for at the residence.

The following individuals were arrested; charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree. Both were lodged in the Greenup County Detention Center.
