Wanted Fugitive

(Ashland, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police in Ashland is seeking the public's assistance in locating a wanted fugitive from Boyd County. Twenty Six year old Ty Jacob Doolen is wanted by the Kentucky State Police on the charge of Assault 1st Degree.
On Sunday October 7, 2012 The Kentucky State Police Post 14 Ashland received a call of an assault that had occurred at 10283 Carry Back Drive, Rush KY. Amelia Hall, age 31, of Rush was located at the residence and was unresponsive. The investigation revealed Amelia had suffered multiple injuries which varied in nature and location. Boyd County EMS responded to the scene and Amelia was transported to Cabell Huntington Hospital where she remains in critical condition.
Doolen should be considered armed and dangerous. The Kentucky State Police is asking the public for any information relating to this case or the location of Doolen. Callers may remain anonymous and can call the Kentucky State Police at 606-928-6421.
