Four Arrested on Drug Charges in Carter County

(Ashland, Ky.) -- The Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations East branch have arrested four Carter County, KY residents after an extensive investigation into drug trafficking.

On Wednesday September 12, 2012 KSP DESI East, KSP K-9, KSP Post 8, KSP Post 14, KSP Vehicle Investigations, The Carter County Sheriff's Office and The FBI conducted search warrants at two residences on 4th Street and Sunflower Drive in Grayson, KY. A large quantity of cash, illegal narcotics (Cocaine) and a vehicle were seized during the search. The following individuals were arrested; charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree and lodged in the Carter County detention Center.

Those arrested were:

Ruth B. Locklear - Age 49	Jose L. Hernandez- Age - 38
Luis Perez-Diaz - Age 39	Fransciso Camacho JR- Age - 20

The investigation is ongoing by The Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations East.
