UPDATE -- Murder Investigation in Clay County

(LONDON, KY.) -- On Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at approximately 7:30 PM KSP Detective Jeff Senters officially arrested and charged Joshua S. Morsch, 42, of Manchester and Kathy Stewart, 40, of Manchester, in connection with the Murder of Earl Woods.

Morsch is charged with Murder and Robbery 1st degree. Stewart is charged with Complicity to Commit Murder, Receiving Stolen Property - Firearm and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Woods was found Murdered inside of his home, on Belles Fork Road in Clay County, KY, on Thursday night December 6, 2012.

Additional arrests are expected.

Detective Jeff Senters is in charge of the investigation and was assisted by officers of the Kentucky State Police, the Clay County Sheriff's Office and the Clay County Coroner's Office.
