Meth Lab Investigation and Arrests in Whitley County

(LONDON, KY.) – On Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at approximately 11:00 PM, KSP Post 11, London, Troopers Les Moses and Tony Dingess received an anonymous tip of a possible Methamphetamine lab at a residence on Plum Lane in the Canada Town community of Whitley County.
Upon arrival the Troopers observed a strong chemical odor emanating from the residence and further investigation resulted in the discovery of four (4) one step Methamphetamine labs, one (1) HCL generator, one (1) bottle flammable liquid, coffee filters, starter fluid and ammonium nitrate.
Arrested at the scene was Mark Marrow, 45, of Williamsburg, James B. Manning, 35, of Corbin, Willard W. Watson, 35, of Williamsburg and Anna M. Coffee, 27, of Parkers Lake.
All were lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1ST Degree 1ST Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1ST Degree Methamphetamine.
Troopers from the KSP Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations branch responded to the scene and neutralized the hazardous materials.
Trooper Les Moses is continuing the investigation and was assisted at the scene by Troopers Tony Dingess, Edward Jones, Sergeant Bill Elliotte and Troopers from the KSP Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations branch.
