Death Investigation of a 14 year old

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On August 6, 2011 at 11:45 hours, Kentucky State Police in Morehead received a call of a fatal climbing accident at 5562 KY 705 in Morgan County. Zachary Munster, 14 years old and Kevin Vance, 19 years old, were climbing a 65 foot television antenna tower. The tower broke and both subjects fell to the ground. Friends transported both subjects to Morgan County ARH Hospital by private vehicle. Mr. Munster and Mr. Vance were later transported to the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. Mr. Vance is being treated for his injuries. Mr. Munster was pronounced deceased by Fayette County Coroner. Next of kin was notified at the University of Kentucky Hospital. No fool play is suspected. The incident remains under investigation by Trooper Scott Ferrell.
