Burglary Investigation and Arrests in Rowan County

(Morehead, Ky.) -- On June 21, 2011 Kentucky State Police Morehead received a complaint from Donna Stevens reporting a laptop computer and two Nintendo DS gaming systems were stolen from her residence. Kentucky State Police Morehead later received an anonymous tip advising that Henry Tullos was trying to sell items matching those taken from Ms. Stevens.
On June 22, 2011, An undercover Kentucky State Police Trooper and another party made contact with Mr. Tullos at his residence to purchase the stolen property. Two Nintendo DS gaming systems were purchased from Mr. Tullos. After further investigation, the gaming systems were found to be the items that were stolen from Ms. Stevens on June 21, 2011. Mr. Tullos was taken into custody and charged with Burglary 2nd Degree and Receiving Stolen Property.
After further questioning, Mr. Tullos advised two other subjects helped him take the items and admitted to two additional burlgaries. Trooper Keith Howard, Trooper Whitney Howard and Trooper Josh Preece made contact with Kaleb Treadway who admitted to taking part in the burglary and had possession of the stolen laptop. Mr. Treadway was taken into custody and charged with Burglary 2nd Degree and Receiving Stolen Property. A juvenile was taken into custody and charged with Complicity to Burglary 2nd Degree.
Mr. Tullos and Mr. Treadway have been lodged at the Rowan County Detention Center in Morehead, KY. The juvenile has been taken to the Boyd County Juvenile Detention Center in Ashland, KY. The case remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Morehead.
