KSP Arrest Three Suspects in connect with Pawn Shop Burglary - Follow up

(Garrard, Ky) -- On Wednesday, August 15th, 2011, at approximately 11:50 AM EDT, The Kentucky State Police Richmond Post responded to a burglary of a business on US 27 South in Lancaster. Upon arrival Detective Monte Owens learned that Cecil's Pawn Shop had been broken into overnight and approximately 40 firearms as well as a large quantity of jewelry and coins had been taken from the business.

During the course of the investigation KSP Detectives were able to develop several suspects in the case. On August 16th, 2011 at 3:30 P.M. EDT Woodey Gabbard Embry, 29, of Lancaster was arrested and charged with Burglary 1st Degree and lodged in the Lincoln County Detention Center. On August 17th, 2011 at 11:30 A.M. EDT Jeremiah D. Gregory, 18, of Lancaster was arrested and charged with Burglary 1st Degree and lodged in the Lincoln County Detention Center. And at 5:01 PM EDT Tyler Jessie Roberts, 20, of Danville was arrested and charged with Burglary 1st Degree and lodged in the Lincoln County Detention Center.

Several Firearms and large quantity jewelry was recovered during the investigation valued at $ 4500.00. The Kentucky State Police was assisted in the investigation by the Nicholasville Police Department, Garrard County Sheriff's Office, Casey County Sheriff's Office, Madison County Sheriff's Office and The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
