Suspects identified in robbery of Irvine Health Mart Pharmacy

(Richmond, Ky.)- Kentucky State Police have identified two suspects wanted in connection with the robbery of the Irvine Health Mart Pharmacy which occurred on Friday, Feb. 11. The men are identified as Freddie H. Hunter, 50 of Hi Hat, and his nephew, Jeffery D. Hunter, 21 of Richmond. Freddie Hunter is 5'11" in height, weighs 180 lbs. with green eyes and black/gray hair. He also has a full grey beard. Jeffery Hunter is 5'11" in height, weighs 148 lbs. with blue eyes and blonde hair. Both were last seen driving in a silver/gray 1993 Nissan Sentra with Kentucky registration 067-HRT. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of both suspects, and they are entered as wanted in NCIC. If the public has any information regarding these suspects or vehicle, they are asked to contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555, or (859) 623-2404.

(Irvine, Ky.)- Kentucky State Police are investigating the armed robbery of the Irvine Health Mart Pharmacy that occurred this date. At 9:59 a.m. two white males walked into the pharmacy armed with handguns. They both approached the pharmacy counter, and one the suspects demanded money and narcotics. During the robbery the suspects made the pharmacist, and his three employees lie on the floor, while one of the suspects grabbed narcotics. No money was taken. The two men then fled the pharmacy and drove down Wisemantown Road in a green GMC Jimmy SUV. That vehicle was later found abandoned behind the Wisemantown Methodist Church. The suspects then fled the parking lot of the church in a grey four-door 1993 Nissan Sentra bearing Kentucky registration plate 067-HRT. One of the suspects is described as a white male, 5'10" in height, wearing a brown jacket with a fur-lined collar, and blue jeans. He was wearing a black ski mask. The other suspect is a white male, wearing a camouflage jacket, blue jeans, and wearing a black and yellow backpack. He was also wearing a red ski mask. The victims stated they believe he had grey and black facial hair. The public is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555, or dial 911, if they have any information regarding these suspects or the 1993 Nissan Sentra. We ask that you do not approach these suspects, or the vehicle. The investigating officer is KSP Detective Ken Bradley.
