Two arrested, 3 children in protective care after meth lab discovered in Trimble County

(Bedford, Ky) -- Troopers discovered a meth lab last night (12/13) resulting from investigative efforts conducted in Trimble County.
Robert W. Raisor (26 years old of Bedford) and Alyssa L. Jackson (23 years old of Bedford) were arrested resulting from a lab discovered inside the home located at 3025 Highway 316 near Bedford.
Three children were discovered living in the home and were taken to Kosair Children's hospital in Louisville for treatment of possible exposure to the lab. The children, a 5 year-old, 2 year-old, and 1 year-old, were removed by Social Services and have been placed in protective custody.
Raisor and Jackson were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine – 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree – Methamphetamine, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Both were taken to the Carroll County detention facility.
A KSP unit specializing in the safe removal and disposal of the hazardous materials found in meth labs responded for clean-up.
The investigation is being conducted by Trooper Manny Soto.
