(Carrolton, Ky.) -- On Thursday August 18, 2011 approximately 1030 hours, KSP dispatch received an erratic driving complaint on a northbound tractor trailer on I-71. Caller advised the tractor trailer was weaving from side to side. Trooper First Class Jim Mitchell located the vehicle at the 43mm in Carroll County and conducted a traffic stop.
