Methamphetamine Drug Arrest in Hart County

(Bowling Green, Ky.) –- On December 6, 2011, at 8:34 P.M. (CST) Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green, responded to 24 Charlie Goodman Road in Hart County, Kentucky on a drug complaint called in from an anonymous caller. The caller gave information of a methamphetamine lab at this residence.
During the course of the investigation, troopers discovered a one step meth lab, several items of meth precursors, and methamphetamine inside the residence. Melinda Bault (48) of Munfordville, KY and Larry Bault (66) also of Munfordville, KY were arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), All charges were enhanced due to a firearm.
In addition, Melinda Bault was charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Both subject were lodged in the Hart County Jail.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Daniel White is the investigating officer on this case and he was assisted by Tpr. Timmy Jewell, Tpr. B.J. Eaton, and Det. Matt Travis.
The investigation is ongoing.
