Murder Investigation Update

Date of News Release: 11/11/2011

(Bowling Green, Ky.) - At 9:28 AM Friday November 11, 2011 the victim, Jonathan Havens, (32) of Bowling Green, KY died at Vanderbilt Hospital of multiple gun shot wounds he received during an assault that occurred on Thursday November 10, 2011.

Randall T. HesterThe Kentucky State Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Randall T. Hester, (24) for the Murder of Jonathan Havens.

Randall T. Hester is a white male, Date of Birth, 07-08-1987, 5'06", 145 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. The 1996 Buick Park-Avenue bearing Kentucky license plate 668 LTE that Randall T. Hester was possibly operating has been located. Mr. Hester however was not in this vehicle and is still being sought by the Kentucky State Police.

On Friday November 11, 2011 at 8:09 P.M., Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green, arrested Wendy D Webb, (36) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and charged her with Tampering with Physical Evidence in connection with the murder of Jonathan Havens

The Kentucky State Police is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Randall T. Hester or any other information related to this case to please contact the Kentucky State Police Post at 1-800-222-5555.

Update to the Warren County Assault Investigation

Date of News Release: 11/11/2011

(Bowling Green, Ky.) - The victim from the assault that occurred on Redpond Road off of Bristow Road in Warren County, Kentucky on November 10, 2011 has been identified as, Jonathan Havens, age 32 of Bowling Green, KY.

Mr. Havens is still listed in critical condition at Vanderbilt Hospital.

At the time Mr. Havens was found, he was wanted by Probation and Parole for parole violations and the Warren County Sheriff's office for prior methamphetamine charges.

The investigation is still ongoing.

Warren County Assault Investigation

Date of News Release: 11/10/2011

(Bowling Green, Ky.) - On Thursday, November 10, 2011, at 4:47 P.M. Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green responded to an undisclosed drive way off of Bristow Road in Warren County, Kentucky. The call was in regards to a male subject that was located that had been assaulted by an unknown assailant.

The victim whose name is not being release at this time was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The male subject injuries appear to be life threatening.

The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Detective Laura Isenberg.
