Multi-Fatal Collision in Butler County

(Bowling Green, Ky.) -– On Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at 10:05 p.m. (CST), Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green responded to a multi-fatal collision at 532 County Road, Morgantown, Kentucky.
A 2002 Ford, operated by Pamela White (28) of Morgantown, was traveling Northbound on County Road when her vehicle veered off the right hand shoulder of the roadway. Ms. White then overcorrected her vehicle and went into a four way skid causing the vehicle to exit off of the southbound side of the roadway. Ms. White's vehicle struck a brick pillar prior to impacting a tree. Pamela White and her a juvenile passenger were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Butler County Coroner's office. Two other juvenile passengers were ejected from the vehicle and were transported by Air Evac, along with another juvenile passenger, to Kosair's Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Trooper Brett Coomes investigated the collision on scene and was assisted by Trooper Jeremy Smith.
